Our Covenant
- WE COVENANT to commit our efforts exclusively to protect, safeguard, and serve the interests of the church and the church alone, with no divided interest to any other party. We commit ourselves to your church’s highest and best interests as would a committed and dedicated member of your staff or congregation.
- WE COVENANT to empower the church by providing the tools and support to effectively manage project cost, scope, time, quality, and risk.
- WE COVENANT to vigorously pursue all measures of efficiency to keep our services at the lowest possible cost. We provide our services to churches in need at reduced cost when circumstances dictate and when we are in a position to do so.
- WE COVENANT to never enter into any business relationship with an attorney, realtor, contractor, architect, engineer, firm or individual in which we receive compensation or consideration of any sort for referring business.
- We ask the churches we serve to COVENANT to consistently employ the products, processes and procedures we provide, diligently pursuing prudent use of God’s gifts of personal and financial resources.
- We ask the churches we serve to COVENANT to honestly and openly advise us of anything we can do to be better servants to their building programs.
