DALLAS CITY HALL

Owner’s representation during construction of this $70M and 1.5M square foot City Hall building, park plaza and underground parking garage. Discovered $350k hidden cost in a $14k Change Order. (The Devil is in the Documents). Building Management of a city facilities inventory of 600 buildings, 6M square feet and an annual operating budget of $12M.
DALLAS AREA RAPID TRANSIT
Design, design management, construction oversight, and technology deployment/management on $45M of light rail systems infrastructure. Conceived and implemented a $10M design cost savings.
MESQUITE BIBLE CHURCH
Project Management on Phase I, II and III Master Plan and Phase I design and construction. Conceived and implemented $207k Phase I cost savings.
