BARRY BAKER, P.E. FOUNDER, PRESIDENT
Barry Baker brings over 20 years in intensive planning, design, and construction project management experience plus facilities operation and maintenance background to the church’s building program.
While heading the project management team on a building project at his home church, Mr. Baker realized a potential void in church building project management: most churches do not have on staff or available from the congregation fully trained and experienced design, construction and contract managers with the broad range of skills necessary to assure cost effective project success and mitigate risks in the process. He has since dedicated his career to providing church building project management tools and services to streamline, reduce the cost and improve the effectiveness of church projects. He founded COVENANT PROJECT MANAGEMENT to bring these tools to churches.
Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Business and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He has led building planning, design and construction projects for his church since 1989, and currently serves on the Building Team and the Board of Elders at Mesquite Bible Church.
